The half hour
What happens on the call
You describe your business
Your services, your towns and how quotes come in today.
We show a matching build
A site built for your kind of cleaning company, walked through live: service and town pages, the quote tool, and on the AI plans the receptionist, chat and texting agents.
We look at your current site
If you have one, we show what it ranks for, what is missing and how the switch would protect your existing pages.
You leave with a plan and a date
The tier that fits, the launch date, and what we need from you first.
Who turns up
Who books a demo
- Residential cleaning companies deciding between weekly and biweekly plan pages
- Commercial and janitorial companies that need a proposal-based site
- Turnover and specialty cleaners comparing this to a page-builder site
- Owners missing calls and texts while they are on jobs, who want the AI receptionist explained
- Anyone weighing us against GoHighLevel, WordPress, Wix or an agency (see the comparisons first if you like)

What client teams say after the build
Service scope and expectations for cleaning estimates
The time we spent on the cleaning estimates wording was time well spent. The boundaries are drawn clearly: what the site settles, and what our people still decide. We no longer open every call by correcting the website.
Owen HoughtonFront office lead, school and nursery cleaning contractor Salem, OR Content approvals and change requests for cleaning estimates
Requests to change the cleaning estimates page used to travel by hallway conversation. Every change is recorded as old text, new text and approver, then published from that record. Far easier than narrating edits and hoping they survived the telling.
Gabriel ChamberlainOffice manager, end-of-tenancy cleaning service Ann Arbor, MI Staff handover and maintenance notes for cleaning estimates
Previous projects left us a website and a memory; this one left instructions. There is a page inventory, update instructions, and named owners with backups. The site survives my holiday now, which it never did before.

Before the call
How long until my cleaning company website is live?
7 days on Spotless Start, 10 days on Deep Clean Plus while the AI Engine is trained on your services and pricing, and 15 days on White Glove Elite once the content pipeline is set up. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not the day you pay, so the sooner your onboarding form is in, the sooner the towns you serve show up in search.
What is actually included for the monthly fee?
A custom-coded site with a page for every service you offer, a page for every town you clean, an instant quote tool wired into your CRM, a before and after gallery, weekly researched articles, and hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, all under one fee. There is nothing itemised separately and no per-page or per-town charge as your site grows. Every plan also includes technical and on-page SEO, schema markup, answer-first copy for AI answers, compliance pages, a domain in your name and 5 revisions a month. Deep Clean Plus adds the AI Engine (an AI receptionist, a chat agent and texting agents that answer and book), and White Glove Elite adds the Content Engine.
Do I need a page for every town I clean, or is a service area list enough?
A dedicated page for each town, crossed with the services you offer there, is what lets an independent cleaning company compete against national directories that list thousands of thin pages. A single "areas we serve" list gives search engines nothing to match a searcher to, while a real page for each town, with the response time and neighbourhoods you actually reach, gives them something to rank.
