Questions people ask before ordering
Is the build fee waived, or just moved somewhere else?
Waived. The $647 build fee is normally invoiced once your site is live and you have approved it. On an order placed before December 31, 2026 that invoice is not raised at all, and no part of it is folded into the monthly plan price, which stays exactly what the pricing page says.
What do I actually pay on the day I order?
The first month of the plan you pick, and nothing else. On Spotless Start that is $117, on Deep Clean Plus $247, on White Glove Elite $597. There is no deposit, no separate build invoice and no per-page or per-town charge as the site grows.
Can I change plan after I have ordered?
Yes, up or down, effective from your next invoice date. The waiver is attached to the account rather than to a plan, so moving from Spotless Start to White Glove Elite later does not bring the build fee back.
Does the waiver tie me into a longer commitment?
No. The cancellation terms are the same as they are for anyone: cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, and your domain transfers to you at no charge if you ask for it. There is no minimum term attached to this offer.
What do you need from me before the build can start?
Your service list, the towns you clean, your recurring plan structure, where quote submissions should land, and your logo and brand colours if you have them. That is the onboarding form, and it takes about 15 minutes. Anything missing can follow by email without holding up the build.
What if I order during Black Friday week?
The Black Friday offer already contains this waiver rather than stacking a second one on top of it, and adds 30% off the monthly fee for the first 3 months. If you are ordering between Tuesday, November 24, 2026 and Monday, November 30, 2026, use the sale page instead and you keep both the waiver and the discount.
Is the first month refundable if I change my mind?
All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, which is corrected within 10 working days. The refund policy page states this in full. What protects you before that point is the review step: you see and approve the site before it goes live.
