Honest comparisons

Every website option for a cleaning company, compared honestly

The short answer: if you want to build and maintain the site yourself, a builder or platform can work; if you want it built, written and kept current for you, a managed site is the better fit. Ten comparisons below, each with the cases where the other option wins.

Risk, reversed

What we put on the line before you do

  • Build fee only after launch

The $647 build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. Nothing is charged for the build while it is being built.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, fixed at our cost

Pages we build and host carry a 90+ Google PageSpeed guarantee on mobile and desktop. If a page falls below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

  • Local search work continues

If your site has not started ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it does. The limits are set out in the terms.

  • A launch date you can hold us to

7, 10 or 15 days from the onboarding call, depending on the plan.

  • Leave on 2 business days notice

No long contract. Cancel by email before your next invoice date, keep your domain, and get an export of your content within 14 days.

Neither guarantee is a refund; the remedy is the corrective work described in the terms and conditions. All sales are final. Read the guarantee terms.

Questions about choosing a cleaning website

Which website option is best for a cleaning company?

It depends on who will do the work. If you have time and want to build it yourself, a builder can work. If you want the site built, written and updated for you, with a page for every service and town, a managed site like GetCleaningWebsite is built for that. Each comparison says when the other option is the better fit.

Are these comparisons fair?

We try hard to make them fair. Facts about other products come from their official sites and are linked with the date we checked them. Where we could not verify something, we describe it in general terms rather than guess, and every page lists cases where the other option wins.

Can I keep GoHighLevel and still use your website?

Yes. Many cleaning companies keep their GoHighLevel CRM, calendar and funnels and use our site for search. Our quote tool can deliver every lead into your GoHighLevel pipeline by API, Zapier or Make.

What does a managed site cost compared with a builder?

Plans start at $117 a month, plus a $647 build fee invoiced only after launch. A builder subscription is usually cheaper in cash but costs your time; we do not quote other providers' prices because they change.

How fast can I switch?

7 days on Spotless Start, 10 on Deep Clean Plus and 15 on White Glove Elite, counted from the onboarding call. Your current site stays live until launch day.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I switch?

The switch is planned to protect them: old addresses are redirected to their closest new pages, and nothing changes for visitors until launch day.

Who owns the site if I leave?

Your domain is registered in your name and your content and articles are exported to you within 14 days. The design and code stay ours, which we say plainly on every comparison.

Do you manage paid ads?

No. We build, host, write for and update the website, 5 revisions a month included. If you want paid ads managed, an agency or ads specialist is the better fit for that part.
