What each choice actually does

  • Unsubscribe from everything

    Your address is removed from every list we run: articles, product notes, offers, all of it. Nothing replaces it and nothing starts again later.

    We keep the address on a suppression list so nothing can add it back by accident. That is the only reason it is kept.

  • Keep the monthly summary only

    One email a month listing the 2-a-week articles published since the last one, with no offers in it. If most weeks are noise to you, this is the setting that fixes it.

    Every other list is removed the same way as above. You can come back here and stop this one too.

What happens after you save it

  • Saved straight away

    The change is recorded the moment you press the button, and the page confirms it. There is no waiting on a queue and nothing to send from your own mail app.

  • No email if you stop everything

    Unsubscribe from everything and nothing else arrives, not even a confirmation. Keep the monthly summary and you get one short email confirming the change.

  • What happens to the address

    It moves to a suppression list so no future import can re-add it. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
