Early proof
Three client teams, three kinds of cleaning business, three different problems the new site fixed.
Mobile navigation and page layout for cleaning estimates
I tested the cleaning estimates page on my own phone before we approved anything. Everything a visitor needs is up top, and the inquiry button stands out properly. Sending the link by text during a call finally works the way it should.
Submission acknowledgment and follow-up for cleaning estimates
People used to ring just to check their cleaning estimates form had actually gone through. Submitters now see exactly what we will do with their request and when to expect us. Duplicate submissions have dropped away almost completely.
Structured reference pages for cleaning estimates
We knew the cleaning estimates document was a problem; we had just never prioritized fixing it. I can send the exact section someone needs, and they can read it without downloading anything. A printable copy still exists for those who ask.
Coverage
The build is remote end to end: one onboarding call, a review link and a client portal. That means a maid service in a Texas suburb and a janitorial contractor in Chicago get the same process, the same launch dates and the same monthly fee, with service area pages written for the towns each of them actually cleans.
TX Texas
Suburban sprawl around Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, where one company often covers a dozen towns and needs a page for each.
FL Florida
Vacation rental turnover, seasonal move-ins and move-outs, and condo associations that hire commercial crews.
CA California
Dense, competitive metros where a fast mobile page and a clear quote form decide who gets the call.
GA Georgia
Metro Atlanta growth, new construction and the post-construction cleaning that follows it.
NC North Carolina
Charlotte and the Research Triangle, with steady relocation and move-out demand.
AZ Arizona
Phoenix and Scottsdale short-term rentals, where hosts book turnovers on a deadline.
NY New York
Office, retail and building janitorial contracts that are won on credibility pages, not price lists.
IL Illinois
Chicago-area commercial cleaning and recurring residential service across the suburbs.
The offer is open to cleaning companies in every state. The states below are examples of large cleaning markets full of the buyer types we build for. Wherever you are, your pages are written for your own towns.
The cost of a dirty site
The most common reason a cleaning company loses a job online is not price. It is a site that cannot answer three questions fast enough: do you cover my town, what does this cost, and can I book it now.
Most cleaning enquiries happen on a phone, often from someone standing in the room they want cleaned. A three second load loses that visitor to whichever competitor answered faster.
The first thing a visitor judges
A list of towns on the homepage gives search engines nothing to match a searcher to. Directory sites with a page per town outrank you in every area but your own.
No square footage, no frequency, no service type. The first call becomes a discovery conversation instead of a booking.
Weekly, biweekly and monthly service get one shared paragraph, so a visitor cannot tell which option is actually theirs.
The last change was whenever it launched. New services, new towns and new photos never make it onto the page that is supposed to sell them.
Speed and ad spend
Every site is built to load fast on a phone, with a 90+ PageSpeed target on mobile and desktop, and a layout that puts the quote button where a thumb expects it. That matters twice: more visitors stay long enough to book, and if you run Google Ads, the quality of your landing page is part of how Google ranks and prices your ads.
We build and host the landing pages. We do not manage ad campaigns or budgets; that stays with you or your ads provider.

Custom code, almost no scripts and edge hosting mean the page is readable in the moment someone taps your listing or your ad, even on a weak signal in a parking lot.
Every visitor who leaves before the page loads is an ad click you paid for and never used. A fast, clear page keeps more of the people you already paid to reach.
Google says Ad Rank weighs the usefulness and relevance of your ad and your landing page, and lists landing page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score. A relevant, fast service page is a better landing page than a slow homepage.
In Google's own words, higher quality ads can often lead to lower costs per click. Your results still depend on your market, bids and competition, so we never promise a specific cost per click, percentage or position.
SEO, AEO, GEO and schema
Being findable now means three different things: ranking in the normal results, being the answer a snippet or voice assistant reads out, and being the business an AI assistant describes. Your site is built for all three, with structured data underneath so search engines never have to guess.
Technical SEO (speed, clean code, sitemaps, canonical addresses, redirects from your old site) and on-page SEO (one clear topic per page, real headings, internal links). Plus a service area page for every town you clean, which is how a local cleaning company grows organic traffic from searches like "deep cleaning near me" in each suburb it serves.
How we do itAnswer-first copy under every heading and visible FAQ blocks on the pages that matter, so a question like "what does a move-out clean include" has a short, quotable answer that featured snippets and voice assistants can lift.
How we do itConsistent business details, citable facts about your services and area, and an llms.txt file, the groundwork that makes it more likely assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews describe your business correctly. Nobody can guarantee an AI will mention a business; we do the work that makes it more likely.
How we do itStructured data on every page: LocalBusiness or Organization, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList, and Review markup only for genuine reviews. It tells search engines exactly what each page is, in their own format.
How we do it
Room by room
Every page a cleaning company's site actually needs maps to a room you already think in. Open each one to see what ships inside it.
The home page
The first room a visitor walks into. It has to say who you clean for, where, and what the three plans cost, without making anyone scroll to find it.
Service pages
Where the actual work gets planned. Every service, weekly, biweekly, move-out, post-construction, gets its own page rather than a shared paragraph.
The instant quote tool
Small, functional, and used constantly. The quote tool asks only what is needed to size a job and price it, nothing more.
Service area pages
Personal to each town, the way a bedroom is personal to each person living there. Every town you clean gets its own page, not a shared list.
The before and after gallery
Where the proof is stored. A cleaning company sells a visible result, and the gallery is built to show it off by service rather than as one undifferentiated feed.
The blog
Where the ongoing work happens after launch. Researched articles publish every week, answering what people search before hiring a cleaning company.
Old site, new site
Plans start at $117 a month. Here is what moves from the old site to the new one, line by line.

Included compliance pages
Every site launches with the pages and settings a cleaning business is expected to have. They help you meet common privacy, accessibility and texting expectations; they are built with those rules in mind, not a guarantee of compliance and not legal advice.
What your forms collect, why, and how customers can ask about their data.
Plain terms for using your website, set to your business details.
A consent banner that actually holds back analytics and marketing scripts until the visitor agrees.
Built toward WCAG guidelines with ADA expectations in mind: contrast, headings, labels, keyboard access and large tap targets.
Forms that collect a mobile number carry consent wording written with the TCPA in mind, and A2P 10DLC registration is filed on AI Engine plans.
Insurance, bonding and screening are only published as you confirm them, so the site never promises a standard you do not hold.
Three plans
Every plan includes hosting, a domain, weekly articles and monthly revisions. The $647 build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and approved.

Six buyers, one offer
Six different buyers, six different sites underneath one offer. Pick yours.
Built for maid services and home cleaning teams that sell weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time visits to homeowners and renters.
Built for janitorial and commercial cleaning companies that bid on office, retail, medical and industrial contracts rather than selling single home visits.
Built for cleaning companies that specialise in short-term rental turnovers between guest checkout and the next check-in.
Built for cleaning companies that focus on end-of-lease, move-out and move-in cleans rather than ongoing recurring service.
Built for crews that clean after construction, renovation or remodeling work, whether the buyer is a contractor, a builder or a homeowner finishing a project.
Built for specialists in carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning, whether standalone or offered alongside general residential and commercial cleaning.
Three faces, three jobs
Three client teams, three kinds of cleaning business, each in their own words about the part of the site they use every day.
Turn the prism with the arrows, or leave it and it turns itself.
The brief I gave them was simple: demonstrate, do not proclaim. The page now presents real material with captions that make sense of it. It feels closer to a real conversation with our office than to a brochure.
The cleaning estimates form used to punish anyone who missed one answer. Labels stay put, errors explain themselves, and valid answers survive a failed attempt. Abandoned half-completed submissions have become rare.
Our follow-ups on cleaning estimates used to arrive disguised as brand-new inquiries. Follow-ups reach the right thread quickly instead of starting a duplicate one. It respects the fact that a conversation already exists.
Honest comparisons
Most cleaning company owners are also looking at a page builder, a GoHighLevel site, a freelancer or an agency. Each comparison says plainly when the other option is the better fit.
Risk, reversed
The $647 build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. Nothing is charged for the build while it is being built.
Pages we build and host carry a 90+ Google PageSpeed guarantee on mobile and desktop. If a page falls below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
If your site has not started ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it does. The limits are set out in the terms.
7, 10 or 15 days from the onboarding call, depending on the plan.
No long contract. Cancel by email before your next invoice date, keep your domain, and get an export of your content within 14 days.
Neither guarantee is a refund; the remedy is the corrective work described in the terms and conditions. All sales are final. Read the guarantee terms.
Before you ask
The four questions almost every cleaning company owner asks first. The full list, from the AI receptionist to compliance pages and cancellation, is on the FAQ page.
Read all frequently asked questions7 days on Spotless Start, 10 days on Deep Clean Plus while the AI Engine is trained on your services and pricing, and 15 days on White Glove Elite once the content pipeline is set up. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not the day you pay, so the sooner your onboarding form is in, the sooner the towns you serve show up in search.
A revision is any change request you send, with no limit on how much goes into one. Adding a new service, publishing a new town, updating a recurring plan price, swapping a gallery photo: each is one revision, and so is something larger. "Add two new service area pages, here is the copy for both" is one revision, not two. 5 are included every month, and each is completed within 2 to 5 working days.
No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name so you own it outright. If you already have a domain, we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for customers who already know your web address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge.
No. All sales are final, including monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost passed through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.
