Who builds it
About GetCleaningWebsite
GetCleaningWebsite is a website studio that does one thing: builds, hosts, writes for and looks after websites for residential and commercial cleaning companies across the US, on one monthly fee, with the build fee charged only after the site is live.

Who is behind GetCleaningWebsite?
GetCleaningWebsite is operated by GetCleaningWebsite and works only on websites for cleaning businesses: maid services, janitorial contractors, turnover crews, move-out specialists, post-construction crews and carpet cleaners. Focusing on one industry is the point. The pages, the quote tools, the service area structure and the articles are built from what cleaning customers actually search and ask, not adapted from a template made for restaurants or dentists.
We work remotely with owners anywhere in the United States, so everything from onboarding to monthly changes happens by call, email and your client portal.
The method
How we work
One onboarding call
We fill any gaps in your onboarding form and agree a launch date, once.
A build measured in days
7 to 15 days depending on plan, not weeks.
Weekly updates after launch
Researched articles publish every week without you asking for them.
Revisions in working days
2 to 5 working days, whatever the size of the request.

What we believe
The rules we work by
Money terms in plain sight
Every price, the $647 build fee and the $20 extra revision are published. The build fee is invoiced only after you approve the live site.
Cleaning vocabulary, not agency jargon
Recurring plans, turnovers, move-outs, walkthroughs, post-construction phases. Pages are written the way your customers search and the way you sell.
No invented proof
We never publish made-up ratings, review counts or statistics on your site or ours. Anything written as an example is labeled as one, and the client reviews on this site are real.
You are not trapped
Your domain is registered in your name, your content is exported to you if you leave, and cancelling takes one email with 2 business days notice.
Working with us
What can you expect from us?
A reply within one working day
Email us and a person answers. Business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday.
A launch date on the first call
7, 10 or 15 days from onboarding, depending on your plan, agreed on the call and held to.
Changes in working days
5 revisions a month, each completed within 2 to 5 working days, tracked in your client portal.
Weekly work you did not have to ask for
2 or more researched articles a week, published on your site on every plan.
What we are not
We are not a cleaning, janitorial or maid service. We build and run the website. Everything your customers rely on you for, the actual cleaning, stays with you and your team. Nothing on this site is professional cleaning, safety or chemical advice.
Coverage
Built for cleaning companies anywhere in the US
The build is remote end to end: one onboarding call, a review link and a client portal. That means a maid service in a Texas suburb and a janitorial contractor in Chicago get the same process, the same launch dates and the same monthly fee, with service area pages written for the towns each of them actually cleans.
TX Texas
Suburban sprawl around Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, where one company often covers a dozen towns and needs a page for each.
FL Florida
Vacation rental turnover, seasonal move-ins and move-outs, and condo associations that hire commercial crews.
CA California
Dense, competitive metros where a fast mobile page and a clear quote form decide who gets the call.
GA Georgia
Metro Atlanta growth, new construction and the post-construction cleaning that follows it.
NC North Carolina
Charlotte and the Research Triangle, with steady relocation and move-out demand.
AZ Arizona
Phoenix and Scottsdale short-term rentals, where hosts book turnovers on a deadline.
The offer is open to cleaning companies in every state. The states below are examples of large cleaning markets full of the buyer types we build for. Wherever you are, your pages are written for your own towns.

Included compliance pages
The policies and safeguards that come with your site
Every site launches with the pages and settings a cleaning business is expected to have. They help you meet common privacy, accessibility and texting expectations; they are built with those rules in mind, not a guarantee of compliance and not legal advice.
Privacy policy
What your forms collect, why, and how customers can ask about their data.
Terms of service
Plain terms for using your website, set to your business details.
Cookie policy and real consent
A consent banner that actually holds back analytics and marketing scripts until the visitor agrees.
Accessibility statement and build
Built toward WCAG guidelines with ADA expectations in mind: contrast, headings, labels, keyboard access and large tap targets.
Text message consent wording
Forms that collect a mobile number carry consent wording written with the TCPA in mind, and A2P 10DLC registration is filed on AI Engine plans.
Clear service claims
Insurance, bonding and screening are only published as you confirm them, so the site never promises a standard you do not hold.
The editorial team
Who writes for GetCleaningWebsite
Two editorial personas produce the guides and playbooks on this site. Neither holds a cleaning license or gives professional advice; both spend their time researching what cleaning company owners actually search.
Marisol Fenwick
Website Strategist for Service Businesses · Tampa, FL
Marisol spends most weeks on calls with cleaning company owners, working out which pages their site is missing and which ones nobody has looked at in years. She writes the playbooks that come out of those calls: what to put on a service area page, how to word a quote form so it does not scare people off, and why a slow site loses jobs before a phone ever rings.
Dorian Vasko
Content and Search Lead · Columbus, OH
Dorian researches and writes the weekly articles that ship on client sites, and edits everything that goes out under other names too. Before joining the content team he worked in project coordination for a facilities services company, which is where the habit of asking "would a homeowner actually search that phrase" came from.

What client teams say about working with us
FAQ research and editorial review for cleaning estimates
They built the FAQ from our actual cleaning estimates correspondence. They identified which questions belonged on the site and we checked every answer before launch. Pointing people to the page has replaced hunting through old emails.
Kenneth FitzwilliamService supervisor, show home and new-build cleaning team Frederick, MD Content audit and update process for cleaning estimates
They tracked down every place our cleaning estimates information appeared; there were more than we admitted. There is a single approved version now, owned by a named person with a review date. Updates stopped being a treasure hunt.
Michael YardleyCleaning contracts coordinator, medical practice cleaning contractor Green Bay, WI Contact resilience and delivery checks for cleaning estimates
We asked about the bad day, not the good one: a failed cleaning estimates submission. They added a clear alternative contact route and verified that test messages reach the right inbox. It is the kind of thoroughness you only notice when you need it.
