The full kit

Everything included in a GetCleaningWebsite website

Every feature of a GetCleaningWebsite website for cleaning companies: SEO, AI receptionist, chat, texting, hosting and more, and which plan carries it.

Your website, room by room: the living room is the home page, the kitchen the service pages, the bathroom the instant quote, the bedroom the town pages, the garage the before and after gallery, and the home office the weekly blog.

Pages that open instantly

Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed.

Why speed is the first feature

A page that opens instantly keeps the person who was already reaching for the back button. Cleaning is a job people search for on a phone, often while standing in the room they want cleaned, and a three second load loses that visitor to whichever competitor answered faster. Every page is custom coded, ships almost no JavaScript, and is served from a global edge network, so the site is fast on the day it launches rather than after someone audits it a year later.

What 90+ PageSpeed actually changes

A 90 or above PageSpeed score on both mobile and desktop is a guarantee, not a target, and it is checked on real devices, not just a lab report. In practice it means service area pages, quote forms and photo galleries all render before the visitor has finished the scroll they started. Search engines read that speed as a quality signal too, which matters more for a cleaning business than most, since local search results are stacked with pages competing on the exact same handful of keywords.

The problem it solves
A slow page loses the person searching from their phone, and it wastes the ad clicks you already paid for.
What you do
Nothing. Speed is built in and checked on every page we publish.

Hosting, security and updates, handled

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included.

What is included, with nothing itemised

Hosting runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, a content delivery network, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, all inside the monthly fee and none of it billed separately. There is no hosting invoice to track, no certificate to renew, and no bandwidth overage that shows up as a surprise line item three months in.

What you never have to do

You never log in to the website itself to apply an update or patch a plugin, because there are no plugins and nothing you are expected to maintain. If something needs attention, it is raised in your client portal and handled by the team, so running the site takes none of the time you would rather spend running the business.

The problem it solves
Plugins, renewals and hosting bills eat time you should be spending on jobs.
What you do
Nothing. There is nothing to log in to, update or renew.

Moving from your old site, with rankings protected

Your current site reviewed, rebuilt and switched over with matched redirects.

How the switch works

The new site is built alongside your current one, so nothing changes for visitors until launch day. We review your existing pages, carry over what still works as reference material and rebuild every page properly. On launch day your domain is pointed at the new site, and each old address is redirected to its closest new equivalent rather than to the homepage.

What you keep

You keep your domain, your phone number and the search history your old pages built up. Pages that had no clear equivalent are reviewed one by one rather than left to break. Most cleaning companies moving to the offer also gain the pages they never had, a page per town and per service, which is usually the biggest search improvement of the switch.

The problem it solves
Switching sites the careless way throws away the rankings your old pages earned.
What you do
Share your current address. Access helps but is not required.

Available on: Spotless Start, Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

Compliance pages and an accessibility-minded build

Privacy, terms, cookie consent that really blocks scripts, and an accessibility statement.

The pages that come with your site

Your site launches with a privacy policy, terms of service and a cookie policy, backed by a cookie consent banner that actually holds back analytics and marketing scripts until the visitor agrees. Forms that collect phone numbers for text messages carry clear consent wording written with the TCPA in mind. An accessibility statement explains how the site was built and how to report a problem.

Built with accessibility in mind

Pages are built toward WCAG guidelines: readable contrast, proper headings, labeled form fields, keyboard access and tap targets large enough for a thumb, which also happen to be what makes a site easy to use for every customer. These pages and practices help you meet common expectations under laws like the ADA and state privacy rules; they are not legal advice, and your own lawyer should confirm what applies to your business.

The problem it solves
Missing policies and inaccessible forms put a small business on the back foot with customers, platforms and regulators.
What you do
Confirm your business details and any policies you already have.

An instant quote tool that pre-qualifies the job

A short form that prices the job and drops it straight into your CRM.

What the tool asks and why

The form asks only what is needed to size a job: square footage or room count, the type of clean, frequency, and any add-ons, then gives a ballpark range or books the visit. Fewer fields means more people finish it, and the ones who do have already told you most of what you need before the phone rings, so the first call is a confirmation rather than a discovery conversation.

Where the enquiry goes next

Every submission lands in your CRM by API, Zapier or Make, tagged with the job details from the form, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be triaged. Recurring versus one-time jobs are flagged separately, which matters for a cleaning business, since a recurring client is worth following up on differently than someone who wants a single move-out clean.

The problem it solves
Quote requests arrive with no size, no frequency and no service, so every first call is phone tag.
What you do
Tell us how you price. We build the questions and the ranges around it.

Available on: Spotless Start, Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

Before and after galleries for every service

A structured gallery format built around the work you actually do.

Why the format matters more than the photos

A cleaning company sells a visible result, and a gallery that just dumps photos in a grid wastes that advantage. Each gallery is organised by service, so a carpet job, a move-out clean and a post-construction clean each get their own set with a short caption naming what was done, rather than one undifferentiated feed a visitor has to guess at.

Adding new photos

New photos are added as part of your monthly revisions, with no limit on how many go into one request. Send a batch after a job you are proud of and captions get written to match the service page it supports, so the gallery keeps growing without becoming a maintenance chore you have to remember to do yourself.

The problem it solves
Your best proof, the finished room, sits in your camera roll instead of on the page that sells the job.
What you do
Send photos after jobs you are proud of. We caption and place them.

Available on: Spotless Start, Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

A review wall built to display verified feedback

A structured place to display your actual reviews once you have them.

What ships on day one

The review wall ships as a real, working section with a place for each review, a source and a date, ready for your own verified feedback the moment you send it over. We never populate it with invented ratings or made-up counts; until you have reviews to display, the section explains plainly that verified reviews are added after launch rather than pretending they already exist.

Keeping it current

New reviews are added as a revision whenever you send them, with the source noted so a visitor can see where it came from. Because the format is consistent, a review pulled from a booking platform sits next to one sent by email without looking mismatched, and the section can be reorganised by service as the collection grows.

The problem it solves
Good reviews scattered across platforms do not help the visitor deciding right now.
What you do
Forward reviews as you get them. We add them with their source.

Pages that explain recurring versus one-time service

Clear pages for weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time cleaning.

Why this needs its own page

A cleaning company sells several different commitments under one roof, weekly service, biweekly, monthly, one-time deep cleans and move-out cleans, and each one has a different buyer with a different question. A single page that tries to cover all of them tends to answer none of them well, so each plan gets a page that states what is included, how scheduling works, and what changes between one visit and the next.

How it supports the quote tool

These pages feed directly into the instant quote tool, so a visitor who lands on the biweekly page and requests a quote arrives at the form with that frequency already selected. That small piece of continuity is often the difference between someone finishing the form and someone abandoning it halfway through re-explaining what they already told the page.

The problem it solves
Weekly, biweekly and one-time cleans get one shared paragraph, so visitors cannot tell which plan is theirs.
What you do
Tell us your plans and what each includes.

Every lead routed into your CRM, tagged and ready

Quote, contact and booking requests delivered to your CRM by API, Zapier or Make.

Where each enquiry goes

Every form on the site, the instant quote tool, the contact form and, on plans with the AI Engine, the details the AI agents collect, is delivered straight into the CRM you already use by API, Zapier or Make. Nothing waits in a shared inbox for someone to copy it across. If you use a CRM with a calendar and automations, such as GoHighLevel, your existing follow-up sequences start the moment the lead arrives.

Why the tags matter for a cleaning company

A recurring biweekly client, a one-off move-out clean and a commercial walkthrough request are three different sales. Each lead arrives tagged with the service, the frequency, the town and whether it is residential or commercial, so the right person calls back with the right answer instead of starting the conversation from zero. If you do not use a CRM yet, leads can go to email and text notifications while you decide.

The problem it solves
Enquiries land in an inbox, a text thread and a voicemail, and the good ones get answered last.
What you do
Tell us which CRM you use and who should be notified. We connect it.

A page for every town you clean

One page per service area, built to rank against directory listings.

Why one page per town matters

A cleaning company that serves twelve towns from one home page is invisible in eleven of them, because search engines match a searcher in one town to a page that names that town. Each service area page pairs your services with the town, the neighbourhoods you actually reach, and the response time people can expect there, so it reads as a page written for that town rather than a template with the name swapped in.

Built to outrank directory listings

Directory sites rank for town-plus-service searches with thin, generic pages, which is exactly the gap a real service area page closes. New towns are added as you expand, existing ones are updated inside your five monthly revisions, and every page links back to the service and pricing pages so the whole site reinforces itself instead of competing with its own pages for the same search.

The problem it solves
One "areas we serve" list leaves you invisible in every town except your own.
What you do
Tell us the towns you clean once. Add new ones any time as a revision.

Available on: Spotless Start, Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

Technical and on-page SEO, built in from day one

Clean code, titles, headings, internal links and sitemaps, plus a page for every service and town.

Technical SEO: the part nobody sees

Every page is fast, mobile-first and cleanly coded, with one clear heading, a unique title and description, a canonical address, a sitemap that lists every page and a robots file that tells search engines what to crawl. There are no plugins adding duplicate pages or slow scripts. When you move from an old site, existing addresses are redirected to their new equivalents so the rankings you already have are carried over rather than thrown away.

On-page and local SEO: the part that wins the search

Each service gets its own page and each town you clean gets its own service area page, written for that town, with the neighborhoods you reach and the plans available there. That is how a local cleaning company grows organic traffic: a homeowner searching for move-out cleaning in one suburb lands on a page built for exactly that search. Pages link to each other and to the quote tool, so every visit has a next step.

The problem it solves
A good-looking site that search engines cannot read properly never shows up for the people searching for you.
What you do
Nothing. Tell us the services and towns that matter most.

AEO and GEO: written to be quoted by answer engines and AI assistants

Answer-first copy, FAQ blocks, clean entity data and an llms.txt file on your site.

Answer engine optimization (AEO)

Featured snippets and voice answers pull a short, direct answer from a page. Every page we write opens each section with the answer first, then the detail, and important pages carry a visible FAQ block marked up for search engines. A question like "how much does a move-out clean cost" or "what does a deep clean include" gets a plain, quotable answer on your site rather than buried in a paragraph.

Generative engine optimization (GEO)

AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews summarize businesses from pages they can read and trust. Your site gets clean, consistent business details, citable facts about your services and service area, structured data and an llms.txt file that points AI crawlers at your most useful pages. No one can guarantee that an assistant will mention a particular business; this is the groundwork that makes it more likely.

The problem it solves
More people now get their answer from a featured snippet, a voice assistant or an AI chat before they ever click a result.
What you do
Nothing. Answer our questions about your services honestly and we write around them.

Available on: Spotless Start, Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

Schema markup (JSON-LD) on every page

Structured data for your business, services, FAQs, breadcrumbs and real reviews.

What structured data we add

Every page carries JSON-LD structured data that matches what is visible on it: LocalBusiness or Organization details for your company, Service markup for each service page, FAQPage markup where a page answers questions, BreadcrumbList markup so search results show where a page sits, and Review markup only for genuine reviews you have received. Nothing is marked up that the visitor cannot see, which is the rule search engines enforce.

Why it matters

Structured data removes the guesswork. It helps search engines and AI assistants connect your business name, your services, your service area and your answers into one consistent picture, and it makes pages eligible for richer search results where the search engine chooses to show them. It is generated from the same content as the page, so when a revision changes a service or a price, the markup changes with it.

The problem it solves
Search engines guess at what a page is about unless it tells them in their own format.
What you do
Nothing. Confirm your business name, address and hours once.

The AI Engine: answers and books after hours

Trained on your services and pricing, answering enquiries around the clock.

What it does

The AI Engine is trained on your services, service area and pricing structure, and it answers common questions and books straightforward jobs at any hour, which matters for cleaning specifically because a lot of enquiries come in the evening once someone has finished their own workday and finally has time to look. Anything outside its training gets routed to you rather than guessed at.

How it improves over time

The agents are trained during onboarding on Deep Clean Plus, which is why that tier launches in 10 days rather than 7, and they are retrained whenever your services or pricing change as part of a normal revision. Usage is billed at what our providers charge us, with nothing marked up, so the monthly figure stays honest as volume grows.

The problem it solves
Enquiries arrive in the evening and at weekends, when nobody is free to answer them.
What you do
Review and approve the scripts before launch.

Available on: Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

An AI receptionist for the calls you cannot take

Answers the phone when your team cannot, answers questions and books the job.

What it does on a call

When nobody on your team can pick up, the AI receptionist answers. It is trained on your services, the towns you clean and how you price, so it can answer the everyday questions, take the caller's details and the job details, and book the appointment. Anything outside its training, or anything that would need your judgment, is handed to a person at your business rather than guessed at. You review and approve the script before it ever answers a real call.

Why it matters for cleaning work

Cleaning owners are usually on a job when the phone rings, and evening and weekend enquiries are common because that is when people finally have time to look. A missed call is often a lost job, because the caller simply dials the next company in the results. The receptionist covers those gaps without a second hire. It is part of the AI Engine on Deep Clean Plus and White Glove Elite, and usage is billed at what our providers charge us, with nothing marked up.

The problem it solves
The phone rings while your hands are in a sink or you are driving between jobs, and the caller rings the next company.
What you do
Review the call script before launch. Read the summaries it sends you.

Available on: Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

An AI chat agent on your website

A chat window that answers visitors, collects job details and books the visit.

Answers while the visitor is still on the page

The chat agent sits on every page of your site and answers the questions visitors actually ask a cleaning company: do you cover my town, do you bring your own supplies, what is included in a deep clean, can you come this week. When the visitor is ready, it collects the job details and books the visit or passes a complete enquiry to your CRM, so the conversation turns into a booking instead of a bounce.

Trained on your business, not the internet

It is set up from your own services, service areas and pricing structure during onboarding, and it is configured not to give professional advice. When it does not know, it says so and hands the conversation to your team. When your services or prices change, it is retrained as part of a normal revision, so the chat never quotes last year's plans.

The problem it solves
A visitor with one quick question at 10pm will not fill in a form and wait until morning.
What you do
Approve the answers it gives during onboarding.

Available on: Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

AI messaging agents, with texting registration handled

Answers and books over text message, with A2P 10DLC carrier registration filed for you.

Replies to texts in minutes, not hours

Many cleaning customers would rather text than call, especially hosts and property managers juggling several units. The messaging agents answer those messages with the same training as the receptionist and the chat agent, take the details of the job and book it, and hand anything unusual to a person. Every conversation lands in your CRM, so nothing lives only on one phone.

A2P 10DLC registration, done for you

US carriers require businesses that send text messages from a local number to register the brand and the use case, a process known as A2P 10DLC. We file that registration for you, and the carrier fees are passed through at cost. Your forms carry consent wording for text messages, and the agents honor opt-outs; you stay responsible for the consent, opt-out and record-keeping rules that apply to your own messages.

The problem it solves
Customers text instead of calling, and a slow reply to a text loses the booking just as surely as a missed call.
What you do
Approve the texting script and confirm your business details for carrier registration.

Available on: Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

Researched articles, every week

Original articles on cleaning topics your customers actually search.

What gets written and how often

Every plan includes researched articles at 2,500 to 3,200 words each: two a week on Spotless Start and Deep Clean Plus, three a week on White Glove Elite. Topics come from what people actually search before hiring a cleaning company, things like how often a rental should be professionally cleaned or what a move-out clean covers that a regular clean does not, answered plainly with the first sentence under each heading doing the answering.

Why a cleaning company benefits more than most

Search demand around cleaning is seasonal and highly local, tied to moving dates, holidays and short-term rental turnover, and a steady stream of new articles is how a site keeps showing up across all of it rather than ranking for a handful of terms and going quiet. Articles are never written as sales pitches; they read as genuinely useful answers, which is what earns the click in the first place.

The problem it solves
A site that never changes goes quiet in search while competitors keep publishing.
What you do
Nothing. Suggest topics in the portal if you want to; approval is optional.

Available on: Spotless Start, Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

The Content Engine: three articles a week

A larger, faster-moving content operation for the busiest sites.

What changes on White Glove Elite

The Content Engine steps articles up from two a week to three, each still 2,500 to 3,200 words and still researched rather than templated. For a cleaning company competing across residential, commercial and specialty services like move-out or post-construction cleaning, the extra volume covers more of that ground within the same number of months rather than picking one lane and leaving the others thin.

Why it is a tier 3 feature

Producing an extra article a week without dropping research quality takes a dedicated content pipeline, which is what White Glove Elite pays for. It sits alongside the AI Engine rather than replacing it, so the top tier gets both the after-hours booking coverage and the faster-growing library of pages working for the same site at once.

The problem it solves
Two articles a week is steady; covering residential, commercial and specialty services at once takes more.
What you do
Nothing beyond the optional topic suggestions.

Available on: White Glove Elite

5 revisions a month and a client portal

Any change, any size, 5 a month included, each done within 2 to 5 working days.

What a revision covers

A revision is any change request with no size limit: a new service, a new town, new prices for your recurring plans, a batch of gallery photos, a rewritten page. 5 are included every month on every plan and each is completed within 2 to 5 working days. Extra revisions in the same month are $20 each, with no hourly billing anywhere.

The client portal

You get the portal the day your site goes live. It is where you request revisions, raise a support ticket, send files and message the team, and every request is tracked so you can see where it stands. You never log in to the website itself, because nothing on it is yours to maintain.

The problem it solves
Small changes wait months because the person who built the site has moved on or bills by the hour.
What you do
Send a request in the portal when something changes.

Available on: Spotless Start, Deep Clean Plus, White Glove Elite

Your domain, in your name, and your content if you leave

One domain included and registered to you; your content exported if you ever cancel.

The domain is yours

One domain is included for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name so you own it outright. If you already have one, we point it at the new site and nothing changes for customers who know your address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge.

What happens to your content

The content you supplied stays yours, and if you cancel we send an export of your content and articles within 14 days. To be straightforward about it, the design and code we create stay ours, which is what lets us keep the monthly fee low and reuse proven patterns. Cancelling takes an email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date.

The problem it solves
Some builders and agencies keep the domain in their name, so leaving means starting again.
What you do
Nothing. We register the domain in your name.

Wiring

How a feature goes from onboarding to live

  1. Onboarding tells us your services

Every feature below is configured around what you actually offer.

  2. The build wires them together

Quote tool, galleries and service pages are connected, not separate add-ons.

  3. Launch with all of it active

Nothing ships half-configured or waiting on a later phase.

Speed and ad spend

A faster page helps every paid click go further

Every site is built to load fast on a phone, with a 90+ PageSpeed target on mobile and desktop, and a layout that puts the quote button where a thumb expects it. That matters twice: more visitors stay long enough to book, and if you run Google Ads, the quality of your landing page is part of how Google ranks and prices your ads.

We build and host the landing pages. We do not manage ad campaigns or budgets; that stays with you or your ads provider.

  1. The page opens before patience runs out

Custom code, almost no scripts and edge hosting mean the page is readable in the moment someone taps your listing or your ad, even on a weak signal in a parking lot.

  2. More of your paid clicks stay

Every visitor who leaves before the page loads is an ad click you paid for and never used. A fast, clear page keeps more of the people you already paid to reach.

  3. Landing page quality counts

Google says Ad Rank weighs the usefulness and relevance of your ad and your landing page, and lists landing page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score. A relevant, fast service page is a better landing page than a slow homepage.

  4. That can lower what you pay per click

In Google's own words, higher quality ads can often lead to lower costs per click. Your results still depend on your market, bids and competition, so we never promise a specific cost per click, percentage or position.

SEO, AEO, GEO and schema

Found in search, quoted in answers, understood by machines

Being findable now means three different things: ranking in the normal results, being the answer a snippet or voice assistant reads out, and being the business an AI assistant describes. Your site is built for all three, with structured data underneath so search engines never have to guess.

  • Search engine optimization

Technical SEO (speed, clean code, sitemaps, canonical addresses, redirects from your old site) and on-page SEO (one clear topic per page, real headings, internal links). Plus a service area page for every town you clean, which is how a local cleaning company grows organic traffic from searches like "deep cleaning near me" in each suburb it serves.

    How we do it
  • Answer engine optimization

Answer-first copy under every heading and visible FAQ blocks on the pages that matter, so a question like "what does a move-out clean include" has a short, quotable answer that featured snippets and voice assistants can lift.

    How we do it
  • Generative engine optimization

Consistent business details, citable facts about your services and area, and an llms.txt file, the groundwork that makes it more likely assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews describe your business correctly. Nobody can guarantee an AI will mention a business; we do the work that makes it more likely.

    How we do it
  • Schema and JSON-LD

Structured data on every page: LocalBusiness or Organization, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList, and Review markup only for genuine reviews. It tells search engines exactly what each page is, in their own format.

    How we do it

Included compliance pages

The policies and safeguards that come with your site

Every site launches with the pages and settings a cleaning business is expected to have. They help you meet common privacy, accessibility and texting expectations; they are built with those rules in mind, not a guarantee of compliance and not legal advice.

  • Privacy policy

What your forms collect, why, and how customers can ask about their data.

  • Terms of service

Plain terms for using your website, set to your business details.

  • Cookie policy and real consent

A consent banner that actually holds back analytics and marketing scripts until the visitor agrees.

  • Accessibility statement and build

Built toward WCAG guidelines with ADA expectations in mind: contrast, headings, labels, keyboard access and large tap targets.

  • Text message consent wording

Forms that collect a mobile number carry consent wording written with the TCPA in mind, and A2P 10DLC registration is filed on AI Engine plans.

  • Clear service claims

Insurance, bonding and screening are only published as you confirm them, so the site never promises a standard you do not hold.

Features in use

What the features do on a real week

  • Form usability and error handling for cleaning estimates

The cleaning estimates form used to punish anyone who missed one answer. Labels stay put, errors explain themselves, and valid answers survive a failed attempt. Abandoned half-completed submissions have become rare.
Joseph MaldonScheduling supervisor, domestic regular cleaning service Baton Rouge, LA
  • Location information and contact routing for cleaning estimates

Our cleaning estimates information finally sits beside the contact details that belong with it. The visitor picks their location once, and it follows the message all the way to the reply. It removed an irritation on both sides of the phone line.
Amelia CandlerOperations coordinator, window and exterior cleaning company Akron, OH
  • Page migration and redirect mapping for cleaning estimates

Everyone talks about the new design; I cared more about where the old cleaning estimates links would land. We reviewed the full redirect map before launch and checked the destinations ourselves. Launching no longer meant abandoning everyone holding an old link.
Dorothy DraperReception coordinator, oven and kitchen deep cleaning service Frederick, MD

Questions about the AI Engine, SEO and AI answers

What does the AI Engine actually do for a cleaning company?

It is trained on your services, service area and pricing structure, and it answers common questions and books straightforward jobs at any hour, which matters because a lot of cleaning enquiries land in the evening once someone has finished their own day. Anything outside its training is routed to you rather than guessed at.

How is AI usage billed?

Usage is billed on top of the Deep Clean Plus monthly fee at exactly what our providers charge us, with nothing marked up. Most cleaning companies see modest usage in the early months and it scales with enquiry volume as the site ranks for more towns and services.

Can the AI Engine answer my business phone?

Yes. On Deep Clean Plus and White Glove Elite the AI receptionist answers calls your team cannot take, answers common questions about your services and service area, takes the caller's details and books the job. Anything it is not trained for, or that needs your judgment, is handed to a person at your business. You review the script before it answers a real call.

Is there a chat window on the website?

Yes, on the plans with the AI Engine. The chat agent answers visitors on every page, collects the job details and books the visit or passes a complete enquiry into your CRM. It is trained on your own services and pricing, and it is retrained when they change.

Can customers text us and get an answer?

Yes. The messaging agents reply to text messages and book jobs with the same training as the receptionist. US carriers require A2P 10DLC registration for business texting from a local number; we file it for you and pass the carrier fees through at cost. You remain responsible for the consent and opt-out rules that apply to your own messages.

How does a faster website help with Google Ads?

Google says Ad Rank weighs the quality and relevance of your ad and your landing page, and that higher quality ads can often lead to lower costs per click. A fast, relevant service page keeps more of the people who clicked your ad and makes a better landing page than a slow homepage. That can lower what you pay per click, but results depend on your market and bids, so we never promise a number. We build the pages; we do not manage ad campaigns.

What SEO is included?

Technical SEO (speed, clean code, sitemaps, canonical addresses and redirects when you move from an old site) and on-page SEO (one topic per page, proper headings, titles, descriptions and internal links) on every plan. You also get a service area page for every town you clean, which is how a local cleaning company grows organic traffic from local searches.

What are AEO and GEO, and do I get them?

AEO, answer engine optimization, means writing answer-first copy and visible FAQ blocks so featured snippets and voice assistants can quote you. GEO, generative engine optimization, means clean business details, citable facts and an llms.txt file so AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can describe your business correctly. Both are on every plan. No one can guarantee an AI will mention a business; this is the work that makes it more likely.

Do you add schema markup?

Yes. Every page carries JSON-LD structured data that matches what is on it: Organization or LocalBusiness details, Service markup for service pages, FAQPage where a page answers questions, BreadcrumbList, and Review markup only for genuine reviews. It is generated from the page content, so it updates when a revision changes the page.
